“NIJIGEN NO MORI” is the new wave anime park where you can experience the world of anime and manga in the great nature of Awajishima island. Among various two-dimensional contents, here I am going to introduce “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi-no-sato.”
It is a new attraction facility with the theme of ninja anime “NARUTO” and “BORUTO, NARUTO NEXT GENETATIONS” both of which have many overseas fans and are popular throughout the world. In the facility where the anime world is reproduced, you can join the experiencing type of games including the 3D maze and solving riddles.
Let’s eat “Ichiraku ramen,” favorite food of “Uzumaki NARUTO”!
Here you find the ramen shop “Ichiraku” which is in Konohagakure-no-sato appeared in the NARUTO world. You can have ichiraku ramen which is the favorite food of its main character “Uzumaki Naruto,” and so, it has been the focus of attention among the fans.
Ramen shop “Ichiraku” is reproduced well according to the original story and its anime, and the exterior of the shop is exactly the same as well. Three flavors of ramen are “tonkotsu (or pork bone),” “miso tonkotsu (or miso pork bone),” and “tonkotsu syoyu (or pork bone soy sauce),” and my recommendation is NARUTO’s favorite “miso tonkotsu.” It has a strong miso taste, and thin hakata-ramen noodles catch the soup well.
Topping includes Jew’s ear mushrooms, cyachu (or barbeque pork slices) and nori seaweed, and as an optional topping, you can add an egg. You can purchase those ramen bowls and noodle spoons used at “Ichiraku” restaurant at the original goods shop “Konoha shoten” across from the ramen shop.
At “Ichiraku,” other than ramen, there are collaboration menus. Having the image of scroll, “Takoyaki Tamago Roll” comes with takoyaki wrapped with paper-thin omelet. Moreover, there are Sasuke’s favorite, “Okaka Onigiri,” and with the image of dawn, “akatuki”gumo no okonomiyaki” as well as a variety of desserts and drinks made with the motifs of NARUTO characters.
“NARUTO & BORUTO” collaboration menu of “Mori no terrace”
Other collaboration menu is available at “Mori no terrace” inside NIJIGEN NO MORI. Other than three kinds of burgers including Uzumako BORUTO’s favorite “kaminari burger,” their menu includes a dessert you can find only at “Mori no terrace.”
Let’s try to do ninja training at “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi-no-sato”!
Passing by the ramen shop “Ichiraku” right after the entrance and through the town where Konoha shoten is located, you will find “Hokageiwa” the symbol of konohagakure-no-sato. Huge 3D maze of three stories high is on the back of huge face-rocks which amuse fans of NARUTO and BORUTO anime. Saving captured comrades on the way, you proceed to the goal.
Inside Shinobi-no-sato, there are life-sized figures of NARUTO characters as well as AR experience activities. Using the scroll you received at the reception, you clear your mission one by one, you can collect “Fuin no kakera (or pieces of the seal).”
Some activities come with devices such as ninja art AR. There are scattered spots where you can take photos of yourself as if you are using art of ninja by using the special AR application called “Hokage wo mezase (or Head for Hokage).” Once you master all the art skills of ninja, a special presentation of your face also engraved on Hokageiwa would be prepared for you.
At “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi-no-sato,” you can be deeply immersed in the world of NARUTO and BORUTO anime. Not just displays, but also the training experience of art skills of ninja you can enjoy at this place of adventure. Being active in the nature, it is an extremely satisfying attraction for adults as well as children, and also for NARUTO fans from overseas to enjoy playing.
For anime fans, it is a must place where you can make good memories of your experience of “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi-no-sato,” and buy souvenir goods limited to this attraction.
Access to “NIJIGEN NO MORI”
It is recommended to take express busses from either Namba, Umeda, Shin-Kobe or Sannomiya. “Kakehashi NARUTO” car running at certain times is a wrapping bus with the pictures of NARUTO and BORUTO all over.
So, it is more than a joy for those fans. You can buy a good value combination ticket of round trip bus fares and admission fee of this attraction. Please enjoy a day being absorbed in NARUTO and BORUTO.
