At Komefuku, we are dedicated to providing tempura with the three key elements of being piping hot, freshly fried, and incredibly crispy. The piping hot and freshly fried aspect is achieved through the high performance of our staff, including the manager. As for the remarkable crispiness, it’s embodied by using 100% rice oil for frying. By paying attention to the batter as well, we’ve arrived at Komefuku’s answer of aiming for a tempura that boasts both a crispy texture and lightness, making it enjoyable to eat.

For tempura orders, we provide order sheets with English translations. Given that our restaurant attracts customers from various backgrounds, including Western and Asian cultures, you can place your order without any language barriers, at your convenience. Additionally, we provide pots of dipping sauce on each table for you to adjust according to your preference, and you can also request extra grated daikon radish as a condiment.
